Working with natural soy wax…

At Kay's Cozy Co, we are committed to using natural soy wax and high-quality ingredients in all of our products. Our 100% Natural Soy Wax, Cotton Wicks & Clean burning fragrances ensure that each candle is free of carcinogens, phthalates, reproductive toxins, and mutagens. Not only do they create a cozy aroma but they are also safe for you, your family, and your pets.

While working with natural ingredients comes with certain characteristics:
- Soy wax may crack or have unevenness after the first burn.
- Soy wax has a memory and will only burn as far as the first melt pool. To prevent tunneling, make sure the wax melts completely to the sides of the vessel during the first burn.

To properly care for your candles:
- Trim your wick between every burn to prevent soot.
- Only burn your candle for a maximum of 4 hours to increase its burn time and quality.
- Refrain from burning your candle when there is 1/4 inch of wax remaining.

At this time, we do not accept returns of used glass jars for safety reasons. However, the jars are easy to clean and we encourage you to reuse or repurpose them however you’d like—they make great holders for pens, plants, or little treasures!
